September Disbursement Record
The total amount collected by the Associate Circuit Court in fines and court costs during September 2000 was $26,287.01. Of that amount, $14,489.50 in fines was disbursed to Daviess County school districts, apportioned on the basis of enrollment.
Court costs disbursed to Daviess County included $2,447.50 county fees, $1,270 incarceration costs, $629 clerk fees, $387 Law Enforcement Training Fund,$375 bond forfeitures, $300 sheriff’s fees and mileage, $180 reimbursement for UA tests, $194 crime victims compensation fund, $97 Prosecuting Attorney Training Fund, and $17.01 postage.
Other disbursements include a total of $4,944 to the Department of Revenue for clerk fees, Crime Victims Compensation, Independent Living Center Fund, Court Automation Fund, and Prosecuting Attorney Training Fund; $195 to the Department of Public Safety for Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission Fund; $612 to the Sheriffs’ Retirement Fund; $70 to the Law Library Fund; and $80 for all other disbursements.

Court costs disbursed to Daviess County included $1,755 county fees, $522 clerk fees, $312 Law Enforcement Training Fund, $244.50 incarceration costs, $200 jury fees, $170 sheriff’s fees and mileage, $156 crime victims compensation fund, $45 reimbursement for UA tests, $78 Prosecuting Attorney Training Fund, and $13.14 postage.
