Fifteen new books and two new videos have been placed in the Daviess County Library
Fifteen new books and two new videos have been placed in the library through the Jerry Stewart Memorial Fund. The books are ‘Missouri State Fair’; ‘Amphibians and Reptiles of Missouri’; ‘About Mammals and How They Live’; ‘Common Rocks and Minerals of Missouri’; ‘The Fishes of Missouri’; ‘Missouri’s Conservation Atlas’; ‘Wild Mammals of Missouri’;
‘Shrubs and Woody Vines of Missouri’; ‘Today I’m Going Fishing With My Dad’; ‘Indians of Missouri’; ‘Fishing in a Brook: Angling Activities For Kids’; ‘M is for Missouri’s Rocks and Minerals’; ‘Complete Outdoors Encyclopedia’; ‘Starting Fishing’; and ‘100 Years of Hunting’.
The two new videos are ‘Handing Down the Tradition’, and ‘The Art of Turkey Calling’. All of these new materials have been processed and are on display at the library now. Remember the library is open until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
