John R. Fredericks, 34, of Trenton was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with 2 counts of the class D felony of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. Fredericks turned himself into the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office where he posted a $15,000 bond.
Karye Burke, 28, of Coffey was arrested Oct. 12 for probation violations on an original conviction for class C felony tampering in the first degree. He is being held in the Harrison County Jail without bail.
Mark A. Kortz, 33, of Pattonsburg was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with the class D felony of unlawful use of a weapon. He is being held in Harrison County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bond.
Tillie Fisher, Winston, reported burglary of her residence between Oct. 14-15. Missing was a metal black and gold box containing medications.
Allen W. King, Gilman City, reported the theft of a Billy Cook roping saddle valued at $1,700 from a storage shed at the J.T. Lockridge residence sometime between Dec. 1, 1999, and June 1, 2000.
A rural Hamilton woman reported a domestic disturbance on Oct. 10.
Gene Nelson, 41, of Cameron was arrested Oct. 11 during a traffic stop on Rt. J, south of Hwy. 6 in Daviess County and charged with the class C felony of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). He posted bond.
