Several bicycles and three four-wheel ATVs that had recently been reported stolen have been recovered. All but one of the bicycles have been returned to the owners. If you are missing a 26″ boy’s bicycle, identify to claim at the sheriff’s office. Two four-wheelers belonging to Mike Waterbury were recovered Sept. 19 and a four-wheeler belonging to Nick Walker was recovered Sept. 20. Three juveniles have been referred to juvenile authorities in connection with the thefts.
Phillip J. Stilwell, Chillicothe, of C&M Bonding Co., reported he believed a person known to him was aiding and abetting a fugitive. Upon investigation, the suspect was located in Harrison County and turned himself in to the Harrison County Sheriff. Sean Patterson of Jameson is being held in the Harrison County Jail for failure to appear on felony charges of burglary and stealing.
Marilyn Everhart, Jamesport, reported peace disturbance at Jamesport. on Sept. 18.
A 44-year-old Cameron woman reported she was the victim of harassment by a person known to her on Sept. 23.
A 28-year-old Winston man was arrested Sept. 19 on a warrant for failure to appear on a class A misdemeanor charge of passing bad checks.
