The Gallatin Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) once again reminds all citizens to celebrate the signing of the constitution of the United States during Constitution Week Sept. 17-23. Bells across America commemorated the signing on Friday. The 213th anniversary of the signing of the constitution provides an opportunity to all citizens to reaffirm the ideals the framers of the Constitution had in 1787 by studying the constitution and reflecting on the privilege of being an American with all the rights and responsibilities which that privilege involves.
