Civil cases filed: State of Mo., ex rel DFS vs. Kristy Lee Cannell, administrative order for support and insurance; State of Mo., ex rel DFS vs. Charles Arthur Koehler Jr., administrative order for support and insurance.

Aaron Burrell plead guilty Sept. 15 before Judge Kenneth R. Lewis to the class C felonies of burglary in the second degree and stealing. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence and placed on probation for 5 years.

Marriage licenses were issued to Paul Yutzy and Helen J. Beechy of Jamesport, Abe P. Kurtz and Susie Ellen Schrock of Jamesport, Laverne W. Hostetler and Frieda Sue Graber of Jamesport, James Kevin Williams and Candessa Lehe Burge of Gallatin, and Aaron Shad Mort and Amy Michelle Sharp of Gallatin.
