ASSOCIATE CIRCUIT COURT
Defendants who appeared and were found guilty in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County are listed below with the offense and fine assessed. Additionally, court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $54.50 for moving traffic violations and $69.50 in most criminal cases. This list does not include fines that were mailed in.
Miranda N. Adams, Chillicothe, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by the defendant, for possession of marijuana and was fined $105.50 for failure to show proof of insurance.
Deborah Walton-Workman, Mulvane, Kan., was fined $40.50 for careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by the defendant, for possession of marijuana.
Jeffery L. Archuleta, Cameron, was fined $350 and had his probation revoked on a charge of driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by the defendant.
Kimberly A. Caldwell, Altamont, was fined $25 for passing bad checks.
John E. Chapman, Raymore, was fined $40.50 for careless and imprudent driving (accident).
Robert E. Hogan, Gallatin, was given a suspended imposition of sentence and 2 years probation for leaving the scene of an accident.
Mary Hulett, Kidder, was sentenced to 15 days in jail, execution of sentence suspended, 1 year probation, for passing bad checks.
Stephen Lee Loxterman, Pattonsburg, received a suspended imposition of sentence and 2 years probation for no valid operator’s license.
Tina M. Rowe, Gallatin, was fined $25 for passing bad checks.
Rachelle L. Scholl, Altamont, was fined $25 for failure to drive on right half of roadway (accident).
Thomas Wayne Spath Jr., Riverside, had his probation revoked on a charge of driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, execution of 30 days of sentence suspended, 2 years probation, defendant to serve 30 days, board bill taxed to defendant as a condition of probation.
Michael Lee Templeton, Lamoni, Iowa, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by the defendant for possession of marijuana and was fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $40.50 for speeding.
Kellaney D. Coffman, West Des Moines, Iowa, was fined $30.50 for failure to drive on right half of roadway (accident).
Jarrod J. Boehm, Gallatin, was fined $100 and to attend driving school for careless and imprudent driving and $250 for defective equipment.
Charles M. Groves, Maysville, was fined $250 for defective equipment.
Marriage
Timothy Rhea Chisam and Pamela Sue Mabery of Jamesport were married Aug. 30 by Judge Daren Adkins.
