Justin Vyrostek, the son of Sandy and Larry Vyrosek, Gallatin, is a member of the William Penn University football team. Vyrostek is a 5-foot-9, 175-pound freshman linebacker.
Head Coach Tom Shea is in his second year at William Penn, an NCAA Division III school in the Iowa Conference. Last year’s 3-7 team posted the most wins at Penn since 1985.
The Statesmen opened at home on Sept. 2 with Coe College. They play at 1:30 p.m. at Loras College in Dubuque Saturday, Sept. 9.
