ASSOCIATE CIRCUIT COURT

Defendants who appeared and were found guilty in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County are listed below with the offense and fine assessed. Additionally, court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $54.50 for moving traffic violations and $69.50 in most criminal cases. This list does not include fines that were mailed in.

Robert Tustison, Jamesport, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for passing bad checks, execution of sentence suspended, 2 years probation.

Kenny W. Stevens, Altamont, was sentenced to 20 days in jail for stealing, execution of sentence suspended, 2 years probation, and fined $20.50 for speeding and $10 for no seat belt.

Heather R. Giles, Trenton, was fined $20.50 for operating vehicle without a valid driver’s license and $10 for no seat belt.

Lee C. Pyzer, Cameron, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail on each count of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, sentences to be served consecutively.

Thomas C. Brennan, Kansas City, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail for possession of marijuana, board bill paid by defendant.

Andrew P. Odower, Kansas City, was given a suspended imposition of sentence, 1 year probation, 48 hours jail shock time, and board bill paid by defendant for possession of marijuana.

Joel R. Steed, Kansas City, was given a suspended imposition of sentence, 1 year probation, 48 hours jail shock time, and board bill paid by defendant for possession of marijuana.

Marion D. Kramer, Jamesport was fined $500 for careless and imprudent driving and his probation was revoked on a charge of trespass and property damage and he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, board bill paid by defendant, all pursuant to a plea agreement.

Michael G. Boggs, Salem, Ore., was fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jamie L. Johnson, Trenton, was fined $25 for passing bad checks, first offense.

Hubertus Keizer, Berkley, Mich., was fined $350 for driving while intoxicated, first offense.

Curtis Andrew Reeds, Altamont, was fined $80.50 for no valid driver’s license.

Amanda N. Rhoades, Gallatin, was fined $25 for failure to yield (accident).

Rebecah Roberts, Jameson, was fined $25 for passing bad checks, first offense.

Kenneth Stephens, Altamont, was fined $150 for operating vehicle without a valid driver’s license.

Larry Swank, Trenton, was fined $25 for passing bad checks, first offense.

David G. Voss, Blue Springs, was fined $25 for failure to drive in single lane (accident).

Municipal Division

Court costs for moving violations, $30; non-moving, $27.

Constance Denise Dodd, St. Joseph, was fined $70 for speeding.

Charles Ramsbottom, Gallatin, was fined $250 for common assault.

Dian Marie Reagan, Kansas City, was fined $20 for failure to yield at stop sign, involved in an accident.
