NOTICE OF HEARING
To all persons known or believed to claim any interest in the property, real and personal, of the above named decedent, or through an heir of said decedent, including unknown heirs.
A petition has been filed in the Probate Division, Circuit Court, Daviess County, Missouri, under the provisions of Section 473.663 RSMo (Supp. 1983), to determine the heirs of the above named decedent, who, according to said petition, died on the 5th day of March, 1994, and said petition sets forth that the only heirs of the decedent, their relationship to the decedent and their addresses are as follows:

Said petition prays that a determination be made as to the heirs and their respective interests in the following described property:
One-half interest to real estate located at Box 82, Gilman City, Missouri 64642: The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-Five (35), Township Sixty-Two (62), of Range Twenty-Six (26). Talbert R. King having reserved the right to use and benefit to the premises during his natural life; having passed away on December 14, 1982.
All persons who claim an interest in the above described property are hereby notified to appear in the Probate Division, Circuit Court of Daviess County, Missouri, on the 27th day of September, 2000, at 10:30 a.m. or be forever barred from asserting any claim whatsoever.
