PEPPERS, a single person, dated January 5, 2000, recorded in Book 180 at Page 116, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Daviess County, Missouri, at Gallatin, the undersigned Trustee will on Wednesday, September 20, 2000, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the South Front door of the Daviess County Courthouse, in Gallatin, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

All that part of Out Lot Eight (8), in the original town of Gallatin, Missouri, described as beginning eighty-five (85) feet East of the Northwest corner of Out Lot Number Eight (8); thence South Two Hundred Twenty-nine (229) feet to the North line of the street running East and West, South of Cline’s Mill; thence East Eighty-five (85) feet on a line parallel with the North line of said street; thence North Two Hundred Twenty-nine (229) feet to the South line of South Street; thence West Eighty-five (85) feet to the place of beginning.
