Jessica Johnson of Jamesport reported the theft of a 1994 Chevy Lumina from Auberry Street on Aug. 2.

In connection with the theft of the Lumina, Anthony R. Mabery, 17, of Jamesport was arrested Aug. 4 for the Class C felony of tampering. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or corporate surety.

Two Altamont residents reported the theft of two American flags from their residences.

Herman Slead of Kidder reported the theft of a 9-ft. Sickle mower, a dirt bucket, miscellaneous pipe wrenches and a pipe threader on Aug. 3. The items had been missing for a couple of days, and the value was unknown.

A 23-year-old Bismarck, N.D., woman was processed Aug. 7 on the misdemeanor charge of speeding.

Patty Estes of Gallatin reported on Aug. 4 that a subject known to her had been harassing her.

Robert E. Smith of Jamesport reported property damage Aug. 4 when a subject drove into a trailer which was parked on the street. The incident is under investigation. A 1976 Ford truck, a 2-wheel utility trailer and a MTD lawn mower received damage estimated at $1,000.
