Mr. and Mrs. Ray Carder will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Aug. 5, 2000. They were married on that date in 1960 by Rev. Orval Hamman at the Gallatin First Baptist Church. The Carders are the parents of four children, Tamera Jones, Timothy Carder, Tonia Beck, all of Gallatin, and Titus Carder, deceased; and seven grandchildren.
