In connection with a recent burglary complaint filed by Rodney Acord, the Sheriff’s Dept. executed a search warrant on a residence inhabited by Sean T. Patterson of Coffey and recovered several of the items that were reported missing. Patterson, 35, has been charged with class C felony burglary in the 2nd degree, class C felony stealing, class B misdemeanor property damage in the 2nd degree, and class A misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He is being held in the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $35,750 total bonds.
Robert D. Canaday, 29, of Dallas, Texas, was extradited from Dallas to Daviess County to answer the charge of probation violation on a charge of non-support, class D felony. He is being held in Livingston County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bond.
Kevin Waterbury, Jameson, reported being assaulted by a person known to him on July 3.
An 18-year-old Cedar Rapids, Iowa, man was arrested July 3 and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. He posted $35,000 bond.
A 19-year-old Ankeny, Iowa, man was processed July 5 on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of operating a vehicle without a valid license and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted $400 cash bond.
