NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING

You are hereby notified that a petition for the organization of the Gallatin Fire Protection District has been filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Daviess County, Missouri, the lands to be included with the boundaries of said district are as follows:

All of Sections 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 35, 36 of Township 59 – Range 28, in Daviess County, Missouri. (Liberty)

All Sections of Township 59 – Range 27, in Daviess County, Missouri. (Union)

All of Sections 18, 19, 30, 31 of Township 59 – Range 26 and all of Section 20 west of Highway V of Township 59 – Range 26 and all of Section 29 west of Highway V of Township 59 – Range 26, and all of Section 32 west of Highway V of Township 59 – Range 26, in Daviess County, Missouri. (Jackson)

All of Sections 1, 2, 12, 13, 23, 24 of Township 58 – Range 28 and all of Section 11 east of Highway CC of Township 58 – Range 28, and all of Section 14 east of Highway CC Township 48 – Range 28, in Daviess County, Missouri. (Sheridan)

All of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 of Township 48 – Range 27, in Daviess County, Missouri. (Monroe)

All of Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, 19, 20 in Township 48 – Range 26, in Daviess County, Missouri. (Harrison)

You are further notified that the Court has ordered a hearing on said petition at 9 o’clock a.m. on the 14th day of August, 2000.

It is further ordered that notice of the time and place of said hearing shall be published in the Gallatin North Missourian, a newspaper published regularly in Daviess County, Missouri, on Wednesday, July 12, July 19, July 26, and August 2, 2000.
