The total amount collected by the Associate Circuit Court in fines and court costs during June 2000 was $37,414.74. Of that amount, $20,970 in fines was disbursed to Daviess County school districts, apportioned on the basis of enrollment.
Court costs disbursed to Daviess County included $3,591.25 county fees, $1,593.75 bond forfeitures, $1,026.50 incarceration costs, $833 clerk fees, $532 Law Enforcement Training Fund, $350.36 jury fees, $346 sheriff’s fees, $266 crime victims compensation fund, $132.50 Prosecuting Attorney Training Fund, $45 reimbursement for UA tests, and $9.92 postage.
