Teresa K. Gabauer of Cameron was fined $250 for littering the banks and waters of the State of Missouri. She is to perform 32 hours of community service.

James Michael Boone of Platte City was given a suspended imposition of sentence and placed on probation for one year with 48 hours jail shock time, board bill paid by defendant, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cindi Bivens of Laclede was given a suspended imposition of sentence and placed on probation for one year for failure to return rented property.

Pamela J. Litton of Hamilton was given a suspended imposition of sentence and placed on probation for one year for passing bad checks.

Kyle A. Rix of Marion, Ill., was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for possession of marijuana and fined $150 for possession of paraphernalia.

Shawn D. Mayher of Ankeny, Iowa, was fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mary A. Anderson of Winston was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for driving while license revoked.

Mervin J. Beechy of Jamesport was fined $250 for minor in possession of alcohol.

Robert James Sweiger of Pattonsburg was fined $250 for minor in possession of alcohol and $10 for no seat belt.

Gregory E. Waksmulski Jr. of Plymouth, Ind., was fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edward H. Walton of Kansas City, Kan., was fined $25 for failure to drive on single lane (accident).

Amber A. Clevenger of Jamesport had her probation revoked on a charge of driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to five days in jail, board bill paid by defendant.

Douglas Edward Shaw of Pattonsburg was fined $500 for making a false report.

James Vincent Walk of Gladstone was fined $45.50 for speeding.

Michael R. Young of Kansas City was fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
