The Midwest Razorbacks are looking for hard-working, dedicated football players to fill open roster positions for the soon to begin 2000 season. The Razorbacks are a minor league football team and members of the Northwest Conference’s Great Plains Division in the North American Football League (NAFL).
The Razorbacks will provide players with football equipment and opportunity to continue their careers or move up to a higher level of competition. On July 8 the Midwest Razorbacks will open the 2000 season at home against the Woodbury (Minneapolis) Warriors at 3 p.m. in Princeton, Mo, at the high school practice field. The Razorbacks will also play at home July 15 vs. the Dakota Lawdawgs, and at Kansas City against the Kansas City Jazz on July 22, vs. the Kansas City Panthers on July 29 and against the Missouri Wolfpack on Aug. 5.
This is the second season for the NAFL, which plans to have 4 conferences, 20 divisions, 120 member teams and a structured playoff system to determine a national champion.
