Circuit Court

Criminal cases filed: State of Mo. vs. Dacy Ray Watkins, non-support, Class D felony.

Civil cases filed: Julie Madelyn Lemmons vs. Raymond Leroy Lemmons, dissolution of marriage.

A dissolution of marriage was granted June 14 by Judge Daren Adkins to Jone Perry from Patrick Perry; dissolution of marriage granted June 15 by Judge Kenneth Lewis to Tammy Hamilton from Steven Hamilton.

A marriage license was issued to Edgar R. Chrisman Junior and Katrina Leah Dowell, both of Gallatin.

Victoria Uthe plead guilty to non-support, a Class D felony. She received a suspended imposition of sentence and five years probation.

Cody Maize plead guilty to the Class C felony of burglary in the second degree. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Probation was revoked for John F. Pollock. He was sentenced to five years on Counts II and IV, property damage and stealing, sentences to run concurrently. He was sentenced to seven years on Counts I and V, stealing, sentences to run concurrently. The five-year sentences will run consecutively to the seven-year sentences.

A warrant was issued for Michael E. Bost for failure to appear on a probation violation charge.

Probation was revoked for Donald E. Reid. He was sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections for felony non-support, sentence to run consecutive to DeKalb Co. case.
