For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligation described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by LEE WARFORD AND LINDA WARFORD, HUSBAND AND WIFE, dated 27TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1997, and recorded in Book 171, Page 101 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for COUNTY OF DAVIESS, MISSOURI, the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of the debt, who has elected to declare the entire debt due and payable, will on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21, 2000, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (2:00 p.m.) at the South Front Door of the Daviess County Courthouse, City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the realty described in said deed of trust, to wit:

ALL OF LOTS ONE HUNDRED THREE (103) AND ONE HUNDRED FOUR (104) OF PLATTED MORRIS SUB-DIVISION IN PATTONSBURG, DAVIESS COUNTY, MISSOURI.

Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations, and covenants, if any, to satisfy said debt and cost.
