ASSOCIATE CIRCUIT COURT

Defendants who appeared and were found guilty in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County are listed below with the offense and fine assessed. Additionally, court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $54.50 for moving traffic violations and $69.50 in most criminal cases. This list does not include fines that were mailed in.

Shaina L. Carder, Gallatin, was fined $250 and her probation was revoked on a charge of minor in possession of intoxicating liquor, she was sentenced to 8 hours in jail, and her license was ordered revoked under the Abuse and Lose provision.

Ricky D. Allen, Trenton, was fined $25 for passing bad checks (first offense).

Robert Stephen Gilchrist, Deatsville, Ala., was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for possession of marijuana and fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Phillip Wade Jorgenson, Roseville, Minn., was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for possession of marijuana.

Michael D. Lansford, Mountain Grove, Ark., was sentenced to 3 days in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for possession of marijuana, fined $150 and sentenced to 2 days in jail for possession of drug paraphernalia, and fined $150 for operating vehicle without a valid driver’s license.

Glenn E. McCoy, Chicago, Ill., was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for possession of marijuana, fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and fined $205.50 for defective equipment.

Steve Schutterle, Vintor, Tenn., was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for possession of marijuana.

Seth Shannon, Overland Park, Kan., was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for driving while license suspended.

Niles Stuebinger, Hamilton, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for driving while license revoked.

Roger L. Witt Jr., Trenton, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for possession of marijuana.

Michael William DenHartog, Jamesport, was fined $25 for failure to yield (accident).

Shaun M. Dutro, Coffey, received a suspended imposition of sentence, 1 year probation, defendant to perform 20 hours of community service for following vehicle too closely (accident).

Rhonda Erisman, Trenton, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, execution of sentence suspended, 1 year probation for passing bad checks.

Stephen E. Sasser, Deville, La., received a suspended imposition of sentence, 2 years probation, 48 hours jail shock time, board bill paid by the defendant, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
