Three businesses, same location

K&F Conglomerate, LLC is now open at 101 West Van Buren in Gallatin. K&F Plumbing and Heating, managed by Joseph “Joe” Flanders, is the primary business at the location.

Mr. Flanders has over eight years of experience in plumbing and HVAC. He is licensed, bonded and insured, with EPA certification.

“We look forward to serving the community’s plumbing and HVAC needs,” said Joe. “We offer service that is professional, prompt and courteous.”

Two separate businesses – U-Haul and K&F Power Equipment Service – are also open at the same location.

The U-Haul dealership is managed by Joe’s stepfather, Charles “Chuck” Kopp,

“We offer the whole U-Haul advantage,” said Mr. Kopp. “We have access to almost all of U-Haul’s line of moving equipment.”

The dealership also offers U-Haul’s line of moving supplies, such as boxes, tape, packing materials, etc. A full line of hitching and towing accessories, including installation, is also available.

K&F Power Equipment Service is prepared to handle almost all makes of lawn and garden equipment. This portion of the business is operated by Mr. Flanders who brings over five years of repair and service experience directly to this field. In addition, Mr. Flanders has a varied background in automotive, electronic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair. He is A.S.E. certified and has 12 years of combined experience in related fields.

Joe Flanders and his wife, Joyce, moved to Gallatin in 1998 from Indianapolis, Ind. They have four children. Chuck Kopp and his wife, Penny, moved to Gallatin in 1997 from Denver, Colo. Chuck retired after 36 years as a machinist with Boeing in Seattle, Wash.

K&F is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments for plumbing and heating are presently being taken Monday through Thursdays. Power Equipment appointments are taken on Fridays and Saturdays. Their phone number is 663-3711.
