ASSOCIATE CIRCUIT COURT

Defendants who appeared and were found guilty in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County are listed below with the offense and fine assessed. Additionally, court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $54.50 for moving traffic violations and $69.50 in most criminal cases. This list does not include fines that were mailed in.

Justin D. Dragoo, Maysville, was fined $150 for no valid operator’s license and $10 for no seat belt.

Jeremy A. Eaton, Hamilton, was given 1 year probation with imposition of sentence suspended for failure to yield (accident).

David L. Groves, Kansas City, was fined $250 and had his probation revoked on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Christopher Jackson, Albany, was fined $50 for passing bad checks.

Steve Hacker, Gallatin was fined $95.50 for failure to show proof of insurance with an Order of Supervision for 6 months, supervised by Department of Revenue.

Terry L. Lambert, Pattonsburg, was fined $95.50 for failure to show proof of insurance.

Jeffrey C. Matthews, Pattonsburg, was fined $20.50 for failure to stop at stop sign (accident) and is to attend driving school in lieu of points being assessed.

James A. Norton Jr., Gallatin, was fined $30.50 for failure to drive on right half of roadway (accident).

Willard R. Deardorff, Kansas City, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, execution of sentence suspended, 2 years probation, 4 days jail shock time, board bill paid by defendant and monthly drug testing to be paid by defendant for driving while intoxicated.
