Defendants who appeared and were found guilty in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County are listed below with the offense and fine assessed. Additionally, court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $54.50 for moving traffic violations and $69.50 in most criminal cases. This list does not include fines that were mailed in.

Tammy Sue Curtis, Jamesport, was placed on probation for 2 years without imposition of sentence for criminal non-support. Defendant is to pay current support amount plus arrearage.

Edwin Hostetler, Jamesport, was sentenced to 5 days in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for trespass and sentenced to 2 days in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for assault.

Deborah A. Flanders of Utica, Gary Spencer of Cameron, and Stacy Williams of Trenton were each fined $25 for passing bad checks (first offense).

Stacy L. Hartley, St. Joseph, was fined $150 for no valid operators license.

Jay D. Mefford, Princeton, was sentenced to 13 days in jail with credit for time served for passing bad checks.

Robert L. Gardner, Trenton, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for driving while license suspended and fined $105.50 for failure to have insurance.

Christopher Shane Owen, Trenton, was fined $250 for minor in possession of liquor.

Laverne W. Hostetler, Jamesport, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for possession of marijuana.

Terry L. Lambert, Pattonsburg, was fined $105.50 for failure to show proof of insurance.

Christian K. Cornett, Pattonsburg, was fined $30.50 and had his probation revoked on a charge of failure to drive on right half of roadway involving an accident, defendant to attend driving school in lieu of points being assessed, and fined $195.50 for defective equipment.

Roy Patrick Campbell, Kansas City, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail for possession of marijuana and was fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $250 plus 32 hours of community service for littering on highway.

Ricky L. Holmes, Lathrop, was sentenced to 90 days in jail on each charge of driving while intoxicated and driving while license revoked, sentenced to be served concurrently.

Michael E. Sharon Jr., Des Moines, Iowa, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, board bill paid by defendant, for speeding (105 mph).

Marrion Karmer, Jamesport, was placed on probation for one year without imposition of sentence pursuant to a plea agreement for trespass and property damage.

Philip A. Mueller, Madison Lake, Minn., was fined $20.50 for speeding.

Municipal Division

Court costs for moving violations $30; non-moving, $27.

Anita Brown and Robert Brown, Gallatin, were each fined $50 for allowing two 12-year-olds out past curfew.

Shaina L. Carder, Gallatin, was placed on one year of probation without imposition of sentence and ordered to 20 hours of community service for peace disturbance and trespassing.

Daniel Cash, Hale, was fined $137.50 for minor in possession.

Deeanna J. Hensley, Bethany, was fined $20 and Phillip Archer, Gallatin, was fined $50 for failure to register motor vehicle annually.

Andrew Weldon, Gallatin, and Troy Lockwood, Kansas City, were each fined $125 for defective equipment.

Scotty Curtis, Gallatin, was fined $20 for failure to yield when entering roadway from stop sign.

Margaret Stigers, Gallatin, was fined $20 for failure to stop at stop sign and $30 for operating vehicle without a valid license.

John L. Tripp, Cameron, was fined $50 for common assault and $10 for peace disturbance.

Claudia Webb, Mendon, was fined $25 for failure to register motor vehicle and $10 for failure to stop at stop sign.

Randy Worthey, Gallatin, was fined $30 for speeding.
