Students do not apply for membership, they are selected by the faculty council, consisting of Mr. Burns, principal; Dianna Lawson, Gene Parton, Steve Bennett, and Michelle Wilson, advisor.
Senior NHS members were also presented with their honor chords, to be worn during graduation ceremonies. Senior members receiving chords were Alissa Steele, Bobbie Gatton and Starla Burns.
