For default in the payment of debt and performance of an obligation secured by a Deed of Trust, executed by Michael A. Girres, a single person, dated July 1, 1994, recorded in Book 159 at Page 68, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri, the undersigned Trustee, will, on Wednesday, the 10th day of May, 2000, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., at the South front door of the Daviess County Courthouse in Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the real estate legally described in the Deed of Trust, located in Daviess County Missouri, as follows:

All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 59, of Range 28, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner thereof, and running thence West 280 feet; thence South 311.15 feet; thence East 280 feet; and thence North 311.15 feet to the place of beginning; subject to existing public roads and highways and easements of record, if any,

to satisfy said debt and costs.
