Learning can be fun

Today our fourth grade class all brought sleeping bags to school. Why did we do it? we did it because our teacher Lisa Parker (Ms. Parker) believes that children should have fun at school. It was also just a change for us. I mean not everyday do you get to bring a sleeping bag and a pillow to school. We also had lots of reading to do so we decided to get comfortable. Learning can be fun too.
Taking time to read Pippi Longstocking

Today in fourth grade we brought our sleeping bags and pillows for reading time. I enjoyed having this time because all of the fourth graders got to lay down and rest. The book we are reading is Pippi Longstocking. The author is Astrid Lindgren. The illustrator is Astrid Lindgren.
Pippi had a mom and a dad but they both died. I would cry if I didn’t have a mom or a dad. Who would pay the bills on the house? Even though she has plenty of gold. She has two pets. They are both boys. One is a monkey and the other is a horse.
