Members of the Gallatin FFA Chapter have taken part in several Career Development Events in the past month. The chapter has participated in contests at North Harrison, Savannah, Columbia, Cameron, Norborne, Brunswick and Lathrop.
The chapter also sponsored an Entomology Contest in conjunction with North Central Missouri College in Trenton. The chapter hosted 15 teams for this event and placed first. Other teams doing well included the FFA Knowledge team who placed first at North Harrison and Savannah and third at Lathrop. The Entomology team placed third at Brunswick and fifth at Lathrop. The Dairy Foods team was third at Lathrop. The Forestry team placed second at Brunswick and first at Lathrop. The Livestock team placed second at Brunswick.
