NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE

For default in the payment of debt secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Kenneth W. Henderson, a single person, dated the 16th day of September, 1996, recorded the 17th day of September, 1996, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri, in Book 166 at Page 80, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on April 20, 2000, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock a.m. and 5:00 o’clock p.m., commencing at 2:00 p.m. at the South front door of the Daviess County Circuit Courthouse in Gallatin, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the property in said deed of trust described:

That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Sixty (60), Range Twenty-six (26) bounded as follows: Beginning at a point ninety (90) feet North of the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section Twenty- seven (27), running thence East 173 feet, thence North 96 feet and 3 1/2 inches, thence West 173 feet, thence south 96 feet and 3 1/2 inches to the place of beginning, except such part of such tract as lies in the public road or street on the West side thereof as now located.

to satisfy said debt and costs.
