Teri and Brooke Meek of Maysville received several awards for their mule, Rambler.
Teri and Brooke Meek of Maysville attended the Pony Express Circuit Year End Awards Banquet on Jan. 8 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Kansas City. They received several awards for their mule, Rambler. Teri placed first in Horse Mule over 52 inches, Mule Pleasure, Senior/Novice Green Mule and Mule Pleasure Adult. In the 13-17 competition, Brooke placed first in Mule Pleasure and second in Mule Barrel Race, Mule Flag Race, Open Halter Handler and Mule Pole Bending. The Meeks received eight ribbons, two plaques, a clock and a tote bag. Richard Meek and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Clouser also attended. Teri is the former Teri Steele of Coffey.
