Civil cases filed: Dana Hopkins vs. Porter Craig Hopkins, dissolution of marriage; Sandra Phyllis Webb vs. Jackie Ray Webb Jr., dissolution of marriage.
Criminal cases filed: State of Mo. vs. Victoria L. Uthe, class D felony non-support; State of Mo. vs. Danny R. Knight, class D felony non-support.
On March 21, a dissolution of marriage was granted to Cathy Theede from Brad Theede.

Joshua Clevenger, who plead guilty Jan. 13 to class C felony burglary 2nd degree and class C felony stealing, received a suspended imposition of sentence and was placed on probation for 5 years.
Eric B. Crose was found guilty of probation violations. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 5 years in the Dept. of Corrections with 120-day callback. Institutional treatment was recommended.
Probation was revoked for Tammy J. Austin, who had formerly received a suspended imposition of sentence. She was sentenced to 5 years in the Dept. of Corrections with execution of sentence suspended and her probation was continued on the original conditions.
Dustin McCampbell was found guilty of probation violations. Probation was continued with the additional conditions that he serve 10 days in jail shock time and perform 200 hours community service.
Probation was revoked for Johnny B. Peterie and he was ordered to serve his 4-year term.
