The following cases were heard by Judge Daren Adkins on Feb. 25. Both were on changes of venue from Livingston County.
Cecilia K. Lockington entered a plea of guilty to an amended charge of possession of controlled substance, class C felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
Sean Michael Romeiser plead guilty to Count I – assault 1st degree, class B felony, Count II – assault 2nd degree, class C felony, and Count III – unlawful use of a weapon, class A felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered
