Coresa Caye Clark and Jonathan Elijah Coloney were married at 2 p.m. on Sept. 25, 1999, at the Christian Fellowship Church in Columbia. The Reverends Mark Diemer and Scott Williams performed the double ring ceremony. Coresa is the daughter of Tara and Alan Tairent of Fayette, and Harry and Rachel Clark of Springfield. She is the granddaughter of John and Betty Tarwater of Gallatin. Jonathan is the son of Jerry and Katy Coloney of Columbia.

Matron of Honor was Sarah Parrish of Springfield, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Amy Clark of Springfield, sister of the bride, Christa Tagtmeyer of Columbia, friend of the bride, and Teresa Tairent of Fayette, sister of the bride.

Bestman was Jerry Coloney, father of the groom. Groomsmen were Stephen Coloney, bother of the groom, Gabe Hodill, friend of the groom, and Shawn Cherri, friend of the groom, all of Columbia.

The reception was held at the Christian Fellowship Church in Columbia. The couple honeymooned in Hannibal and Grafton, Ill.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Nixa High School. She is employed at Precious Cargo Daycare in Midway. The groom is a 1997 graduate of Christian Fellowship High School. He is employed with DeHaven Home Maintenance in Columbia. The couple reside in Columbia. [Submitted Photo]
