Law Day, Feb. 17 – Judge Kenneth R. Lewis
A dissolution of marriage was granted to Misty Michelle Fischer from Steven Michael Fischer.
Kyle Stinson plead guilty to the class D felony of property damage in the first degree and the class A misdemeanor of resisting arrest. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
Bettie Valenti admitted to probation violations. Her probation was continued with the additional condition that she pay all restitution on or before March 16, 2000.
Margo Michaelis admitted probation violations. Probation was continued with 10 days jail shock time.
Jason Fasching admitted probation violations. Probation was continued with the additional condition that he enter Phoenix House (substance abuse program) on or before Feb. 28, 2000.
