NOTIFICATION TO BIDDERS
Sealed Bids for construction of Federal-Aid Project BRO-031 (18), Bridge No. 46500061 (a 120′ x 24.5′ Prestressed Double-Tee Girder Structure) over the Honey Creek will be received by the Daviess County County Clerk until 1:30 p.m., March 13, 2000, then will be opened and read by the County Commissioners.
Plans and Specifications may be inspected at the office of the County Clerk and complete instructions to bidders and Proposal Blanks, Plans and Specifications may be obtained from Harrington & Cortelyou, Inc., Consulting Engineers: 127 West 10th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64105; upon deposit of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars. Deposits are non-refundable.
Bidders are hereby notified that Daviess County will affirmatively assure that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded the opportunity to bid on this project and that the contractor will be required to afford all workers equal opportunity in employment.
