Adkins Realty, LLC, has opened for business at 601 South Main Street in Gallatin. Real estate broker Linda Adkins and salesperson Clint Vanatta welcome inquiries and listings from those wanting to sell or to purchase farm and residential properties.
This new real estate business fulfills a longtime ambition for both Linda and Clint, although both plan to continue their other occupations.
Linda has been active in real estate matters her entire professional life, working as an abstractor before serving as Daviess County Circuit Clerk & Recorder since 1979. She earned her real estate broker’s license four years ago. Adkins Realty is a member of the Kansas City Board of Realtors which extends professional services and continuing education.
Clint, a 1990 graduate of Gallatin High School, is an ADF representative for the Missouri Department of Agriculture.
Normal weekday business hours will be observed in office facilities shared with Linda’s husband, Jim Adkins, who has operated his auto sales since October 1985. Mrs. Adkins and Mr. Vanatta will also answer calls after 4:30 p.m. daily, on weekends, and anytime by appointment.
