Dana Sperry, 29, of Fairfax was injured Monday, Jan. 31, 2000, in a one-vehicle accident which occurred southwest of Pattonsburg in Daviess County. She was taken to Cameron Community Hospital by Noll T. Adams Ambulance where she was treated for moderate injuries.

According to the Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred at 1:33 p.m. on Jan. 24 on Rt. Z, 5 miles southwest of Pattonsburg. Ms. Sperry was westbound driving a 2000 Dodge when she failed to make a curve and the vehicle traveled off the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned on its top.

Ms. Sperry was issued a summons for failure to drive on right half of roadway and for not wearing a seat belt. The accident was investigated by Patrol Sgt. L. D. Hough, assisted by Sgt. E.T. Olson and Trooper T.B. Gardner.
