The Daviess County Soil and Water Conservation District will have a cost-share sign-up Feb. 1- 29. Applications will be taken for a variety of conservation practices. The district offers a one- time sign up each year.
The district received $373,536 for fiscal year 2000 cost-share practices. Fiscal year 2001 funds will be available after JULY 1, 2000. Cost-share monies are made possible through the 1/10th cent Soils and Park’s sales tax passed by Missouri voters in 1988 and renewed again in 1996.
