In its spring edition, Pageantry book review columnist Diane Albosta called Shana’s book “…a splendid little volume of practical, targeted advice for those truly serious about winning pageants. ‘Watching the Winners… Learning Their Style’ should be a part of every new pageant participant’s personal library.” Pageantry magazine is the largest selling pageant magazine in the country.
Shana’s book carries endorsements on the back cover from former state winners in the Miss USA, Miss America, and Miss Teen USA pageants. One of the endorsements is from the reigning Miss Oklahoma USA, Amanda Penix (who will compete for the Miss USA title in February which is held in Branson), and another endorsement is from former Miss Missouri and Miss America Top Ten Semi-Finalist Stephanie Patterson O’Dear.
The book was recently made available for purchase though Amazon.com and is sold nationally.
