Funeral services for Raymond Goll, father of Bruce of Altamont, were held Tuesday at Poland- Thompson Funeral Home in Cameron. Burial was at Cameron Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Raymond Goll, 67, Cameron, died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2000, at a Liberty hospital.

Mr. Goll was born in Braymer and was a graduate of the Braymer High School. He lived in Cameron for more than 35 years.

Mr. Goll was a trucker for more than 30 years. He was self-employed and worked for Ace Line Trucking, Des Moines.

Mr. Goll was a member of Cameron United Methodist Church; Elmer Ellis Post American Legion, Cameron; and the Truckers’ Union.

On May 22, 1950, he married Billie White in Norburn. She survives of the home

Mr. Goll was preceded in death by his father, Russell.

Other survivors include another son, Greg, Cameron,; a daughter, Susan Hargrave, Cameron; his mother, Clastine, Braymer; three brothers, Dale and Billy G., both of Braymer, and Roger, Breckenridge; three sisters, Ruby Hatfield, Parkville, and Nadine and Helen S. Goll, both of Braymer; and six grandchildren.
