Mike and Stacie Toney and big brother, Tyler, of Altamont, would like to announce the birth of Trevor Michael, born at 5:43 p.m. on Dec. 11, 1999, at Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe. Trevor weighed 7 pounds, one ounce.
