A one-vehicle accident occured in Daviess County resulting in injuries to a passenger.
A one-vehicle accident which occurred last night in Daviess County resulted in injuries to a passenger. Johnnie Campbell, 47, of Cameron was taken by Daviess County Ambulance to Cameron Community Hospital with moderate injuries.
According to the Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred at 9:00 p.m. on Jan. 4 at Pepper Ave. and County Road 239 in Daviess County. Phillip Archer, 40, of Hamilton, driving a westbound 1984 Ford Ranger, was reportedly doing donuts at the intersection, traveled off the south side of Pepper Ave., struck a highway sign and overturned in a creek bed. The vehicle came to rest on its side and was totaled.
The accident was investigated by Cpl. Sarah L. Eberhard.
