The City of Hamilton, Hamilton Park Board are taking bids on complete renovations of the pool bathhouse. The following is a summary of the renovations required.
Renovations of existing pool/bathhouse includes removal and disposal of existing roof, removal of existing doors on west wall and masonry work to block wall in, relocation of hot water heater and natural gas line, complete rewiring and lighting of interior, and complete re-plumbing. Further specifications may be picked up at city hall.
Sealed bids are due by January 14, 2000, and may be left at Hamilton City Hall, 200 South Davis, Hamilton, MO 64644.
The park board will have the bathhouse open on December 17, 1999, and December 18, 1999, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. so that those interested in bidding on the pool bathhouse renovations may look the bathhouse over and ask questions.
