COUNTY COMMISSION
Following are approved minutes of Nov. 8. All members were present.
Daniel Lynn, bridge supervisor, and James Lewis, foreman, met with the commission reporting on construction projects.
The commission discussed the replacement bridge project BRO (18) on #46500061 located on Honey Creek. An agreement between the county and Roy and Mae Worrell for the donation of right-of-way was forwarded to the engineering firm.
Bob Feigly, Daviess County Special Road District, requested an extension of the 1999 CART program. David Tolen will contact him to conclude the project by the end of the year.
Bills were audited and paid.
The commission discussed the liability insurance coverage for the county and the recent statute changes. Coverage was increased.
The commission inspected the property at the Daviess County Care Center.
The commission discussed the BRO priority list; no decisions were made at this time.
Warren Zeller, Missouri Department of Transportation, met with the commission providing a map of improvement projects scheduled for the next two years.
