Jenelda Horner

Funeral services for Jenelda Horner, a native of Pattonsburg, were held Sunday at Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton. Burial was at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Trenton.

Janelda Sue (Shipers) Horner, 57, Trenton, died Oct. 13, 1999, at her residence.

Mrs. Horner was born in Pattonsburg and graduated from Winston High School. She was employed by Modine Manufacturing Co. in Trenton for 24 years.

In 1970, she married Steve Horner. They lived all of their married lives in Trenton. He survives of the home.

Mrs. Horner was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.

Other survivors include two daughters, Michelle Albertson, Chillicothe, and Sonna Duty, Trenton; a son, Jeremy, Trenton; five sisters, Zemilena Markham, St. Joseph, Marcella Applegate, Omaha, Neb., and Eulanda Plymell, Alice Bell and Leanna Thompson, all of Pattonsburg; a brother, Frank Shipers, Bolckow; and five grandchildren.
