The October public meeting of the Gallatin R-5 Board of Education begins at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 14 at the high school in Gallatin.
Agenda topics include a Unicom proposal, a reading of a school medication policy, a utilities report, a food service program report, review of new state guidelines for performance based teacher evaluations, a request for proposals for energy savings, and other financial and administrative reports. In session closed to the public, the board will consider personnel reports.
The November meeting of the Gallatin school board is tentatively scheduled for Nov. 18.
