The Winston Historical Society recently formed a Research and Development Committee. The committee’s first project will be to conduct a feasibility study to see about obtaining a train at the depot in order to add interest to the site.
The committee hopes to eventually form a team composed of persons with railroad expertise and other interested individuals. The objective is to succeed in bringing a train back to the Winston Depot permanently.
