Funeral services for Chris Berry, father of Shirley Greenwood and Christine Webber, both of Altamont, were held Aug. 10, 1999, at Bailey Funeral Home, Polo. Burial was at Bethel Cemetery, Polo.
Chris L. Berry, 81, Altamont, formerly of Polo, died Aug. 7, 1999, at his home.
Mr. Berry, a retired farmer, was born in Ray County.
He was a member of Bethel Christian Union Church.
In 1939, he married Nadine Phillips in Richmond. She survives of the home.
Mr. Berry was preceded in death by a daughter, Anna M.
Other survivors include a brother, Simon, St. Joseph; a sister, Geneva Carr, Polo; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
