Funeral services for C.F. Harrison, stepson of Marie Pixley of Jamesport, were held Saturday, July 31, at Slater Funeral Home, Trenton. Burial was at Mitchell Cemetery, Melbourne.

C.F. Harrison, 62, Springfield, formerly of Trenton, died July 28, 1999, at a hospital in Springfield.

Mr. Harrison was born in Harrison County. He was a graduate of the Jamesport high school. He had lived in Trenton until moving to Springfield in 1989.

Mr. Harrison served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

Mr Harrison had owned a vehicle body shop in Trenton. Later he was employed as a vehicle body repairman at the Campbell Ford Motor Co. in Ozark, until leaving due to ill health.

Mr. Harrison was a member of the Ofield Pentecostal Church.

In 1959, he married June Lankford in Spickard. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include two sons, Joe, Marshfield, and Alex, Ozark; a sister, Carolyn Connors, Pueblo, Colo.; and two grandchildren
