Memorial services for Benjamin Manning will be held at a later date. The body has been cremated. Arrangements were by Bram Funeral home, Gallatin.
Benjamin “Ben” Randall Manning, 29, Jameson, formerly of Hillsborough, N.C., died July 27, 1999, at his home.
Mr. Manning was born in Greenville, N.C. He was reared and attended schools in Greenville and Apex, NC. He graduated from the Durham (N.C.) Technical Institute in 1996. He had been a resident of Jameson since 1998.
Mr. Manning was a machinist with Parker-Hannifin Company in Hillsborough.
He was a member of the North American Hunters Association and attended the Baptist Church.
Mr. Manning was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Manning; and his paternal grandparents, Clarence and Bertha Manning.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly of the home in Jameson; his mother, Minnie Zito, Daytona Beach, Fla; one brother, Bobby Manning Jr., Greensboro, N.C.; one stepsister, Bobbie Renee Manning, Virginia; and his maternal grandparents, Wiley and Naomi Anderson, Falkland, N.C.
